Metal Valkyrie Monday, brings a older picture of Epica front woman, Simone Simons.  I was lucky enough to meet her back in 2012 at a show, definitely one of the best concerts and nights of my life.  Epica is one of the best bands out there right now, having written some of the best Symphonic Metal in the world.  Her voice is endless and as powerful as professional Opera singers, yet she can bring aggressive Power Metal vocals as well.  Simone is a spectacular vocalist and a really sweet person.  Hope to see Epica again soon.
